Terms & Conditions

Dace Company ("the Company") is a manufacturer of high-quality boots and jackets. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the sale and exchange of our products.

- "Product" refers to any boots or jackets manufactured by Dace Company.

- "Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing Products from the Company.

- "Fault" refers to any defect or malfunction in a Product that renders it unusable or significantly impairs its functionality.

1. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

2. Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

1. Bank Transfer:

    - Note: Please include the order number in the payment reference.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD):

    - Payments can be made in cash upon delivery of the product.

1. If a Product is found to have a Fault, the Customer may exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

2. To initiate an exchange, the Customer must contact the Company's customer service department and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the Fault.

3. The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product before approving an exchange.

*WARRANTY*

1. Dace Company warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

1. The Company's liability for damages or losses arising from the sale of its Products is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

2. The Company is not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

1. These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

2. Any disputes arising from the sale of Products will be resolved through arbitration.
